I just had my 4 week follow up Dr. Uggen for my hip surgery. This experience with Dr. Uggen, Mindy the PA and the entire staff has been tremendous. I was impressed at the start as Dr. wanted to make sure that surgery was truly needed and that other options were available. The MRI revealed the need for total hip replacement so we proceeded. I am so impressed with ALL the actions and the steps along the way. Jon and his staff NEVER seemed to be hurried. They listened to all our questions and provided detailed answers. The surgery was a total success. Thanks Doctor to you and your staff.

Jon Uggen has replaced both of my hips and my experience leading up to during and after surgery have been good. Communication is excellent. PA Mindy is awesome and I trust the team completely to replace my knee, as well.

It would have been nice to notify me when I made an appointment that the office moved from 156th to 192nd & Dodge. The new office is beautiful and spacious, but a notice to their patience base that their office moved should have been included in their project plan!

I have been very impressed with MD WEST, Dr. Uggen and his team are fantastic. They are always quick to get back to me if I call with questions. I couldn’t be happier with my knee replacement.

Dr Uggen was very pleasant and explained things in terms any patient eould understand. The xray staff was kind (Tanner) and made sure I knew that he understood my pain with the positions for xray. Everyone was so attentive and showed me respect

From the check in to the end of the appointment everyone is very helpful and they care about your needs. Dr. Uggen answers all of my questions and doesn't give me the impression that he doesn't have time for them. I know that I am getting high quality care with what is current in the medical field.

Two knees replaced. Then an accident so had one knee plastic replaced. Uggen and his staff are amazing. Traveled from the east coast just to go to this group
